PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

       The Facilities Maintenance Technician shall be responsible for non-power block facilities maintenance duties to include non-power block electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general facility maintenance. Additionally, the technician will be responsible for general exterior maintenance, mowing and site snow removal.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma.
• Pass pre-employment testing.
• Ability to work different shifts.
• Ability to receive unescorted Nuclear access.

 And one of the following:

• Associate degree in a technical field

OR

• Two years minimum experience as a journeyperson Pipefitter, Boilermaker, Millwright, OR Electrician

OR

• Two years minimum of equivalent journeyperson Pipefitter, Boilermaker, Millwright OR Electrician experience in industrial employment

OR

• Two years minimum related Electrical OR Mechanical military experience

Starting hourly pay rate:  $41.82
