PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Ensures Exelon Nuclear EP program meets regulatory requirements. Ensures that Exelon is appropriately represented on industry project teams & working groups. Possesses superior knowledge of NRC & FEMA regulatory requirements & INPO guidance. Monitors and reports on current regulatory issues and determines actions and support needed for Emergency Preparedness regulatory compliance.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead Emer Preparedness Specialist
Ex pected salary range of $135,000 to $150,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Expected salary range of $106,200 to $118,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Bachelor’s degree in technical field and 6 years industry experience OR
Applicable Professional certification (i.e., Licensed Operator, CHP, CEM) and 6 years industry experience OR
Associates Degree with 8 years industry experience, 3 of the 8 years must be at the exempt level.
