Expected salary range of $87,214 to $96,905, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, assign tasks, troubleshoot complex customer issues, and act as a liaison between field staff and management. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to deliver high-quality service, ensure compliance with safety and building codes, and meet project deadlines.


Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Conducts quality control checks necessary to evaluate work performance of install personnel and provides feedback to management.
  • Services and installs all types of electrical equipment and devices on customer premises.
  • Upholds customer and operating standards for vehicles, uniforms, inventory, and tools.
  • Attends manufacturers' schools on new equipment to learn service/install techniques and parts required.
  • Instructs other employees in making repairs and installations.
  • Investigates accidents and damage cases related to field personnel.
  • May perform job write-ups during peak workload.
  • Works with Sales and Service to resolve and improve process issues, and prepares reports for the Installation Manager on issues that affect the group or division, including identified issues and their resolutions
  • Serves as trainer for other installers in the field


Minimum Qualifications

  • 10 years of work experience in boilers, plumbing, or electrical installation
  • Levels I & II CFC Certification
  • Journeyman trade license in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical
  • Valid gas fitter's license
  • Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
  • Proven ability to resolve complex issues related to the installation of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, and electrical equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of tools and materials with the ability to recommend procedural changes to meet special needs and adapt to changes in the industry
  • Strong background in service sales, with the ability to adapt and effectively represent our company's offerings
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Resolves conflict by addressing issues directly, facilitating open communication and fostering collaborative solutions
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime
