Expected salary range of $113,400 to $126,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

This role centers on partnering with IT Engineering & Operations leadership teams, up to the CIO level, to plan, design, build, and maintain data analytics platforms and reporting visualizations. By fostering collaboration and supporting shared goals, the position ensures data accuracy, quality, and clear visual representation, often facilitating presentations to leadership teams. The role works directly with contract personnel to support applications that provide operational value across Constellation?s Enterprise IT areas, enabling teams to make data-driven decisions and contributing to a positive work environment. There may be responsibility for managing budgets related to small projects, sub-projects, or specific process components as it relates to application upgrades or vulnerability remediation of in scope applications. The position offers opportunities to gain exposure to enterprise-level IT operations and supports professional growth through cross-team collaboration. Expected to take initiative and manage tasks independently, this role helps drive innovation in data analytics while recognizing and appreciating contributions that support overall team success.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Perform, manage and appropriately document work activities relating to IT service portfolios or products in support of our business partners. Lead IT activities required to manage service level agreements. Assist others in planning and prioritizing work and work schedule.
  • Assist in creation of documentation for products and services. Use best practices to improve products and services provided to business unit partners, and monitor adherence within Team/Group to standards as defined within the Management Model
  • Maintain and enhance engagement with business and IT partners and other stakeholders
  • Establish positive team environment by proactively assisting and training less experienced personnel. Provide performance and development feedback as required
  • Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within own discipline or function

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline and typically 5 to 8 years experience in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency with data analysis in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience leading small IT projects or sub-teams and knowledge of IT project management.
  • Strong problem solving and analysis ability.
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work with remote project teams

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PowerBI skills:
    • Creating reports
    • Creating and managing workspaces
    • Creating Apps
    • Creating & maintaining connections
    • Creating & maintaining dataflows (Gen 1 & 2)
    • Experience with Microsoft fabric capacity, a plus
  • ServiceNow:
    • Experience creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow, including report sources, and interactive filters.
    • Detail understanding of the tables used for incidents, changes, problems, and requests, a plus.
  • Any SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and ADF (Azure Data Factory) knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work with senior leaders to support and facilitate meetings such as the VP Operational Metric Service Review (MSR) and CIO MRM monthly meetings.
  • Ability to work well with teammates (internal and contractor) while leading and encouraging them.
