Expected salary range of $147,600 to $164,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for daily supply function at a Nuclear site for Supply Operations. Assists Director of Nuclear Supply Operations in development and implementation of Supply Chain Strategies at the Nuclear site. - Serve as single point of accountability for Supply at assigned Nuclear generating station. - Drive improved Supply Chain Management efficiencies and increased standardization throughout assigned generating locations - Work closely with Supply chain and business leadership to develop and implement effective strategic and operational initiatives that support the objectives of Cost Effective and Efficient operations within the Site and throughout Exelon - Maintain oversight of the materials management', warehousing, logistics and fulfillment management, work management interface via the Management Model - Supports an environment that fosters a high performance culture and a learning organization. - Participates in activities for promoting diversity, both in the workplace and in the supplier base. - Seeks feedback on performance and opportunities for continuous improvement.
