Summary of Responsibilities
Provides a varied, effective and timely administrative service to the P&C team, ensuring accuracy of data. Also acts as a point of contact for all customers to the P&C Department. Implement or perform a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks, including employee recordkeeping. Often handle sensitive employee and company information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma
Document preparation and management, strong knowledge and experience with MS office platforms and the ability to learn and use other business information systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and planning and organizing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree
1 year or more human resources coordination experience is preferred.
Experience on boarding and off boarding employees.
Data entry experience and experience with HRIS software.

Work Location
: Urenco USA, Eunice, NM
Work Schedule
: Professional work schedule/ with minimal night/ weekend support. Some nights and weekend work may be required. Employees are also subject to call-outs as needed.
Travel Required
: 10% of the time or less as required.
Security Clearance Requirement
: CAA Access and Q level security clearance.
Emergency Response Requirements:
Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
Work Environment
: Radiological exposure expectations of < 100 mrem/yr. General Office, Plant Production Areas. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets etc.

E
mployee Onboarding and Offboarding
Carry out a range of complex onboarding and/or offboarding processes (for example, enhanced vetting procedures or the calculation of severance payments) to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely completion
In
formation and Business Advice
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring complex issues to others.
Internal Client Relationship Management
Help manage internal client relationships by supporting others to build effective working relations.
HR Data Management
Verify the accuracy and completeness of HR data provided, and enter the data into HR information systems, following defined procedures.
HR Data Analytics and Insights
Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance
Document Management
Create, organize, and maintain files containing the correspondence and records of a senior colleague.
Document Preparation
Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software
Operational Compliance
Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.

Compensation starting at: $ 78353 - $105347 / year and up dependent on candidate.
