Expected salary range of $104,400 to $116,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
Manages, plans, directs, coordinates, implements and ensures enforcement/compliance of all activities associated with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) regulated Access Authorization (10 CFR 73.56, 10 CFR 73.57, 10 CFR 73.55, Site Security Plan & Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 03-01-committed to the NRC) and Fitness for Duty (10 CFR 26) programs; including making decisions that affect station license and have regulatory compliance penalties. Interface directly with individuals, who are denied unescorted access, violated fitness for duty and reporting legal actions. Interface with the NRC and Nuclear Oversight (NOS) for issues, concerns, allegations, audits/inspections, and provide response to audit findings. Responsible for scheduling, coordination, preparation and execution of all tasks (Security, Training & Rad Protection) associated with In-Processing (outage and non-outage). Supervise Access Authorization (AA), Fitness for Duty (FFD), and contract personnel.
