Job description
Radiological Control Technician (RCT) will support field teams collecting soil samples. The RCT will be responsible for assisting a sampling team with proper donning and doffing of personal protective equipment (PPE), setting up an exclusion zone around a sampling location, monitoring sampling activities to maintain contamination control, and conducting contamination surveys (frisking) of personnel exiting the exclusion zone. Works hours may exceed 10 hours per day and up to 6 days per week.

Description of ideal candidate
Experience in performing environmental sampling at radiologically-contaminated sites.
