Expected salary range of $166,500 to $185,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The Sr Manager, Business Continuity Resiliency plays a critical leadership role in shaping and establishing the enterprise’s Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) resiliency strategy. This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of robust business continuity and crisis management plans across the organization, including the administration of a comprehensive business impact analyses, establishment and oversight of BCCM GOSP, development and implementation of rigorous tests and exercises, and monitoring of security controls health metrics. The Sr Manager manages the security management model process and approvals, and ensures all policies, procedures, processes, and regulatory compliance initiatives are current and effective.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Corporate Security, this role provides daily portfolio and project oversight for all Constellation practice areas. The Sr Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a comprehensive Corporate Security 5-year strategy roadmap that aligns with Constellation’s Core Value, as well as refining baseline O&M and capital investments through annual Corporate Security budget and Long-Range Planning (LRP) processes.
Additional responsibilities include driving and supporting security program initiatives, such as the integration of AI technologies, effective remediation of identified risks and audit findings, and continuous program enhancement. The Sr Manager recruits, develops, and retains a diverse, high-performing security workforce, evaluates team performance, and provides coaching to foster growth. By promoting diversity, teamwork, innovation, and a learning culture, the Sr Manager ensures a resilient and forward-looking security organization. The role also includes influencing industry practices by actively participating in, and providing leadership to, relevant industry and trade associations and organizations, maintaining the organization's reputation as a leader in physical security. Other duties may be assigned as necessary, supporting the ongoing evolution of the enterprise security program.
